2024 Unverferth 55 Series Seed Runners 3755XL When Unverferth introduced the first self-filling Seed Runner bulk tender, it revolutionized the bulk seed handling industry with its patented design, pivoting the conveyor 180° for easy self-filling from ground level. The 55-Series of this patented product continues the tradition and is sure to bring your operation to a new level of efficiency. A new, low-profile tank design with a large top opening, patented 5-ply rubber conveyor belt design, and Smooth-Start conveyor engagement just to name a few. The all-new 55-Series Seed Runner tender is Innovation…Refined. Features may include: PATENTED SELF-FILLING DESIGN The Unverferth Seed Runner seed tender features a patented self-filling design so the conveyor can pivot 180° and be positioned to fill itself easily from the ground level. Every conveyor is equipped with a convenient conveyor arm locking mechanism and spring lift assist for easy handling when pivoting the conveyor. SEED PROTECTION Handling your high-value seed with the greatest care is crucial for any seed tender. At Unverferth, we’ve spent years researching and testing different designs, resulting in the 55-Series conveyor which excels in protecting your high-value seed investment. CONVEYOR TECHNOLOGY The patented 5-ply rubber conveyor belt features offset rows of cupped cleats to minimize seed damage while providing a greater carrying capacity. The offset in each cleat allows the belt to cup inside the conveyor tube and pass by each other to reduce seed pinching. UNLOADING SPEEDS For operations that need the fastest unloading speeds, DXL Models feature a 10” (or 8" is also available) conveyor tube, providing unloading speeds up to 45 bushels per minute. CONVEYOR LENGTH Conveyor length is measured from center of the top bearing to center of the bottom bearing for a true measurement of side reach and unloading height. EASY FILLING DXL models utilize a 24’ long single-stage conveyor whereas the model 4955DXL features a max unloading height of 16’6” and 90” of hydraulically-operated vertical height adjustment. Model 3955DXL features 15’ of maximum unloading height and 83” of hydraulically operated vertical height adjustment. CONVEYOR CONTROLS Model 4955DXL is standard with a 3-function wireless remote that operates the conveyor on/off, the conveyor raises/lowers and opens/closes the tank doors. All other models are standard with an electric 2-function wired remote that raises/lowers the conveyor and turns the conveyor on/off. CONVENIENCE FEATURES Every conveyor is equipped with the Smooth-Start engagement feature which gently brings the conveyor belt up to maximum speed, which increases the belt life. ADDITIONAL FEATURES The conveyor can be stored in the front or swung 180° to the rear of the seed tender for convenient road transport. Stainless steel rollers and roller plates allow the conveyor to swing from front to rear and locking increments ensures the operator can lock the conveyor every 10” for unloading versatility.
