To cut down on the shock and vibration, the 8" impeller wheel is uniquely designed with three T1 cutting paddles and three cleanout paddles. The 12" wheel has four of each. The drag plate is rolled to the contour of the impeller wheel to prevent ditches from collapsing. It also prevents gouging and promotes smooth ditcher operation.
