The Offset 26 was designed to use in area's where it is difficult to straddle the ditch. the offset 26 is offered in left or right hand. Each machine has access doors on top and side that allows easy access to the internal components. the gearbox consist of large shafts, heavy duty sprockets, bearings, and double-80 roller chain; all enclosed and running in an oil bath. An external idler adjustment is easily accessible and should be used for chain tensioning. The impeller wheel is 26" diameter it contains five hard-surfaced paddles for longer life. The Model 24 is a pull-type ditcher-terracer designed to make surface drainage ditches, to construct and clean waterways, and to build and maintain terraces using your own farm tractor. The Model 24 has a 36″ 4-paddle impeller (digging wheel) with a 24″ cutting edge. The paddles are made of T1 steel for longer life, but are easily replaceable when worn. The cutting edge is also easily replaceable when worn. The optional terracing shield with extension controls dirt for building and reshaping terraces. To cut down on the shock and vibration, the 8" impeller wheel is uniquely designed with three T1 cutting paddles and three cleanout paddles. The 12" wheel has four of each.
