Description
| Piper Service Center Tiffin Aire in Ohio has done two major services on this beautiful plane in the past two years.. Airworthiness directives, special inspections, and service bulletins completed. See attached documents for what was completed. Tiffin is an official Piper shop, and went through this plane with a fine tooth comb. This is now as new of an airplane as you can get, without it being a new airplane. Previous owner did a good job with it, we just took it to the next level of safety. Yes, it has air conditioning and icing boots! We are going to continue to fly it, (which I love to do) so ask for exact hours. We have a 3rd seat for the rear, just not installed. (5) places, there is no second rear facing seat, so total of 3 passenger seats, PIC and Copilot. The plane came with an "entertainment system" from the '90's which was comprised of a heavy wood cabinet, VCR and square box TV. The previous owner removed it to save about 80lbs in weight, and I opted not to reinstall it. It's a great plane, I love flying it, but we have bigger, faster planes at our disposal and this one just isn't getting utilized the way it should. My pilot has been out of town flying for another customer. He has the flight logs and remaining maintenance records and knows all the avionics details. Approximately 700-800hrs remain on the engines. |
