| The BioRail mounting system is our most popular option. It is ideal for facilities that use sand or compost bedding because the mounts are positioned above the bedding material, which helps reduce the risk of corrosion and enhances cow comfort. The system comes with T-Posts and a variety of post and rail mount brackets to ensure compatibility with existing barn infrastructure. It is available in both single row and head-to-head configurations and is compatible with all VES-Artex stall divider styles. Our primary goal with the freestall environment is to create the best possible setting that encourages the herd to lie down as much as possible while also facilitating easy movement within the stalls. Our freestall systems are designed to allow cows to enter and exit their resting areas efficiently, providing sufficient lunge space without any obstructions.
