| This high-quality mattress offers both comfort and durability. It features reinforced Duralay fabric along with a revolutionary double bubble underlay. For enhanced comfort, you can also add a specialized urethane foam underlay. The mattress is designed for suspended stalls and can be used in free stall sleeping areas as well as stanchion housing. It provides improved safety for animals during lunging and lying down, while offering a pleasant and soft surface for their skin. Its raised surface pattern helps keep moisture away from the cow's skin and provides excellent traction. The underlay consists of rubber with a bubble profile that maximizes comfort and can be combined with foam for even greater comfort. The unique texture allows for better drying, ensuring that it always stays clean and hygienic. It does not absorb liquids and does not retain bacteria, making it easy to maintain. The mattress is also high-pressure washable. Additionally, the Duralay mat is reinforced with scrim to prevent stretching. The 3/8" thick virgin rubber cover is designed to be robust over time, providing a solution that reduces maintenance costs, cleaning time, and straw consumption. This product is uniquely manufactured from high-quality materials and comes with a 5-year warranty on the rubber only.
