| J&D Manufacturing’s Hercules Headlock Panels set the industry standard for strength, weight, and durability. Engineered to excel in demanding livestock environments, Hercules panels are the heaviest adjustable headlocks available on the market today. With reinforced components and upgraded hardware, they offer unmatched longevity, reliability, and ease of adjustment. This makes them the ideal choice for producers who seek the best in performance and durability. The HERCULES construction features 7 and 10-gauge steel for durability. It includes heavy-duty 2"x2" square tubing on both the top and bottom rails. These headlocks are the heaviest and most adjustable on the market, ensuring maximum strength and stability. To minimize noise, each swing arm is equipped with an extra-large rubber bumper for smooth return operation. The adjustable neck openings offer three different width settings, making it easy to fit your herd. For added safety, there is an easy-release latch designed without loops or eyeholes that could catch your fingers. The wide head entry opening allows for easy access, and the size of the head opening adjusts automatically when the neck opening is modified. You can operate up to 200 feet of headlocks with a single control rod handle, ensuring seamless functionality. Additionally, there is no noisy latch movement when in the open position, and the swing arm is counterweighted for automatic return to the open position |
