The innovative Twin Beam design allows for easy modification of loop positions along the beams, accommodating various herd sizes and management styles. With newly enhanced adjustable posts and wall mounts, the entire system can adapt to your facility’s unique layout. Compatible with J&D’s heavy-duty Ironside, Relax Fit, and Dog Bone loops, the Twin Beam System offers unmatched durability, open space, and a cow-centric design for today’s progressive dairy operations. All concrete work can be completed without obstructions, helping you save on labor and installation costs. The stall system remains elevated and dry, ensuring corrosion resistance and a longer lifespan. We offer both head-to-head and single row installations. Our system is compatible with J&D's standard Ironside, Relax Fit, and Dog Bone Loops. You can choose between a cow loop system or an adjustable loop system for calves and heifers. Features include adjustable cow spacing and Twin Beam height, making it suitable for any bedding system. Additionally, there are no stall posts in the bedding that could rust or corrode. |
