650 cu ft Mixer, Augers overlap and has fewer pinch points resulting in spinning easier and needing less HP. this ONE IS SET UP WITH 540 PTO Hurricane Auger System: Designed for better mixing & quicker processing of fibrous and varied feed types. It has patented cut-outs that allow materials to drop through and “circulate” faster,The flighting is made from ¾-inch steel, cold-pressed into shape; welded to a thick (3⁄8-in) tube. Includes stainless steel lead edge on the sweep to reduce gaps, helping horsepower usage and clean-out efficiency. Deep serrated, heat-treated knives with tungsten carbide are available. Different options for processing hay, silage, corn stalks, etc. eavy duty, with two speed gearboxes to allow operation at either 540 or 1000 RPM, and improved clean-out. Single auger mixers have corner planetary gearbox; twin / triple auger models use beefier gearboxes. Warranty: 3 years for single, 5 for twin/triple.: Robust frame from thick North American steel (½-inch and ¾-inch), not hollow tubing. Tub floor is single piece of ¾-inch 44W high-wear, acid-resistant steel. Tub ends rolled formed, robot welded for smooth curves and strength. Stainless liners optional for wet feed conditions. Both front & rear material doors are wide (44-48") for efficient unloading & clean out. Oil reservoirs located close to gear boxes for visibility and ease of maintenance; uses full synthetic ’s made for operators who require durable, long-hour machines – rugged build, strong components, meant to handle tough feed rations.
