Description
| Penta 6040 twin screw 600 cu. ft mixer, right side 3' flip up conveyor. The 6040 uses Penta’s patented Hurricane augers, which have cutouts that allow material to drop through, promoting better circulation, faster mixing, and more uniform blends. The augers are engineered for durability — using robust steel, welded construction, and optimized geometry to reduce stress and wear. The mixing tub is designed with straight walls and wear-resistant steel to avoid buildup and compaction, supporting efficient mixing and easier cleanout. The mixer requires a PTO from a tractor of at least 90 HP. The drive is designed to handle high torque and the stress of mixing heavy rations. |
