Ag Spray Equipment’s DT Series trailer continues to demonstrate its versatility as a dry tender unit. Its triple-axle air ride configuration ensures the efficient delivery of dry products in high volumes, precisely where they are needed. The DT Series features a Simonsen BFT-STRTA top auger trailer-mounted tender. Pictured is the 830-cubic-foot, 304 stainless steel model with a 50-degree slope and a 24-foot tender mounted on a triple-axle trailer. Ag Spray Equipment’s DT Series trailer continues to demonstrate its versatility as a dry tender unit. Its triple-axle air ride configuration ensures the efficient delivery of dry products in high volumes, precisely where they are needed. Standard equipment for this series includes a 10x13x10 delivery auger system, large trap openings, and steep slopes, enabling unloading speeds of up to 4,000 pounds per minute. The rotating delivery auger provides the flexibility to fill multiple compartments without requiring trailer repositioning. The 20-foot delivery auger, with a discharge height exceeding 20 feet, makes filling any applicator effortless, offering both long reach and safe operation by keeping personnel and equipment at a safe distance. A self-contained engine power pack, shown in this configuration, is a popular option available for all BFT Series side and top auger trailer-mounted tenders. The combination of a 10-inch floor auger to the rear, a 13-inch vertical auger, and a 10-inch delivery auger ensures rapid delivery, even with heavy dry fertilizer blends. Hydraulic raise and turn controls, conveniently located on the drive side, allow operators to monitor the delivery auger for safe and efficient operation. Maintenance is made simple with a grease bank on the vertical tube, while features like a pit dump under all compartments, a large pit dump on the vertical auger, and a small clean-out on the rear ladder ensure easy access for clean-out and upkeep.
