Moisture sensors Moisture sensors come standard on all 604R Signature balers and allow operators to view real-time moisture readings in the cab via the control system. 3-year pickup warranty Operators can rest assured knowing the Vermeer 3-year pickup warranty covers the internal components and includes parts* and labor on the 604R Signature baler. *Does not include teeth or hardware for teeth. Rubber-mounted pickup teeth Rubber-mounted pickup teeth help durability and tooth life. With an increased number of tines, the 604R Signature allows more crop to be put into your baler and not left on your field. Netwrap system The netwrap system on all 604 R-series balers allows operators to control netwrap tension to help maximize the amount of net spread over the edge of the bale to help maintain square-shouldered bales. A sensor measures the amount of net left on the roll which is displayed on a digital gauge within the Atlas Pro control system in the cab. 5-bar camless wide pickup Equipped with a 5-bar, camless wide pickup, the 604R Signature is designed to handle high crop capacity. This 71-in (180.3-cm) pickup is designed with no cam tracks or follower bearings to help minimize machine maintenance. Atlas Pro control system Atlas Pro™ control system is equipped with a 7-in (17.8-cm) color touchscreen display that gives operators advanced, real-time field statistics for up to 50 fields and allows you to view and adjust various baler settings including netwrap tension, bale density settings and monitor moisture levels all while in-cab. |
