| New Unverferth 410XL Seed tender, 4 box capacity (200 seed units), 8"x21' conveyor with a max unloading height of 14' 2", 2 function remote control. Protective covers for unloading chutes for when not in use to keep moisture and debris out. Easy to use heavy duty hinged latches for pro boxes. 5 ply rubber conveyor belt with cupped cleats and smooth start conveyor brings belt up to speed gradually and features and electronic speed control module allowing you to change conveyor speed independently from engine speed. Conveyor can be released and positioned 90 degrees from conveyor support arm to be positioned to parallel to the seed tender. Tool free hinged door on bottom of conveyor makes for easy clean out at end of use or between varieties. 52" of hydraulic adjusted conveyor height movement. Fast and easy conveyor locking mechanism. Viewing window in each unloading chute. Electric start Honda Engine. Tandem 7,000# torsion axles. The conveyor is integral to the optimum performance of a seed tender, as this is what handles the customer’s investment, the seed. The 10-Series Seed Pro bulk box carriers feature a patented conveyor belt design, exclusive to Unverferth, which handles seed with the greatest care while increasing unloading speed. The 5-ply rubber belt features integrally molded cleats for maximum strength and are U-shaped to increase carrying capacity. The offset design of the cleats prevent seed pinch as the belt contours into the conveyor tube. In the conveyor intake, a brush-seal-brush design and patented side-seals prevent seed from back feeding into the bottom of the conveyor, minimizing seed damage. At the top of the conveyor, the hood is rubber lined to protect the seed as it is discharged.
