Co. is taking the industry by storm again by bringing you the first ever Universal Tillage® tool on the market, the Incite® 5100 Series. It provides the versatility to handle difficult residue with the flexibility to adjust to a wide variety of field conditions including wet, dry, sticky or rocky. This tool will allow you to get into the field and do the best residue management or seeded preparation possible in spring or fall. The Incite® 5100 Series tillage tool is the first ever Universal Tillage® tool on the market. It offers the unique ability to perform in a wide range of conditions spring or fall, by providing features and adjust-ability that cannot be found anywhere else. The Incite® provides the flexibility to adjust to different soil types and conditions from field-to-field and from year-to-year. The versatility of this tool allows the operator to accomplish in a single pass what once would take multiple passes with different machines. With working widths from 14' to 40', the Incite® is loaded with innovative, user-friendly design features such as the Universal Tillage® selector that allows for on-the-go hydraulic adjustment of disc gang angles. FEATURES UNIVERSAL TILLAGE® SELECTOR Available on all models. Allows operator on-the-go disk angle adjustment between selected range points. Choose from 3°, 6°and 9°. HYDRAULIC DURA-REEL® HEIGHT ADJUST Adjustable reel depth from disk depth to 8" above the bottom of the disk blade. INCIZOR® BLADES Unique INCIZOR® blade featuring 22" diameter 6mm razor-sharp reversed crimped blades for greater strength. Standard on all models. Capable of 6" depth. Unique to McFarlane Mfg. Co. DURA-REEL® Patent pending 7-blade 18" diameter open center reel with no center shaft provides better material flow and resists plugging in wet, sticky soil. *5-Bolt hubs for added strength and durability. SWEPT BACK REEL DESIGN Swept back reel design for better residue and rock clearance. ARTICULATING BALL HITCH New articulating ball hitch for folding models provides a close fit with the hitch pin, reducing fatigue on the tractor drawbar and implement hitch INCITE FINISHING TOOL CONFIGURATIONS 3-BAR FLEXIBLE SPIKE TOOTH HARROW WITH SINGLE ROLLING BASKET (STANDARD – IC-5100) Best in heavy residue and dry conditions, our proven spike tooth harrows follows the ground closely. Its flexibility allows residue to flow and easily raises or lowers to conform to various soil and residue conditions. 3-BAR FLEXIBLE SPIKE TOOTH HARROW WITH DOUBLE ROLLING BASKET (OPTIONAL – IC-5100-3FADRB) For 12' to 32' models, a 3-bar flexible spike tooth harrow with double rolling basket option works well in heavy residue and dry conditions. It helps level the seedbed and size residue in heavy soil or clod conditions. SPUR-TILL WITH ROLLING BASKET (OPTIONAL – IC-5100-ST) Tougher weed conditions call for the Spur-Till with rolling basket option. Rip weeds out by the root and size clods effectively. Adjustable hydraulic pressure allows the operator to change the down pressure as well as lift the tool out of the ground. DOUBLE ROLLING BASKET (OPTIONAL – IC-5100-DRB) In heavy soil or clod conditions, our double rolling basket leaves fields ready to plant in just one pass. 5-BAR FLEXIBLE SPIKE TOOTH HARROW (OPTIONAL – IC-5100-FA) For maximum leveling and minimal firming, the 5-bar harrow easily raises and lowers to conform to the soil and is best in minimal residue and wet conditions ADDITIONAL FEATURES • Large Walking Tandem Axle on Mainframe and Wing • Spring Cushion Level Lift to Absorb Shock • Single Point Depth Stop • GBGI Low maintenance sealed cast hub style bearing for increased durability • New Firestone Tires • Sealed Service - Free Trunnion Bearing With 1 3/4" round center shaft. • UHMW 6mm Standa |
