| (Krueger) TRUE ONE PASS TOOL Conditions at planting time are all-important to crop yield and seedbed preparation. The 877 Series Tilloll will level, incorporate and bring the soil to a nearly perfect seedbed condition in one trip. Save field trips and you will be saving fuel, operator labor and equipment dollars. Combining field trips conserves moisture and provides a firmer seedbed. The soil is worked fewer times, depositing erosion resistant residue and coarser soil on the surface to prevent sealing. Chemicals are successfully mixed throughout the seedbed in a single high-speed field trip. . . TILLOLL DISC GANGS The Tilloll Series features 20″ disc blades spaced at 7 1/2″ that start the process of combining operations. The blades level, cut, and size residue to handle more challenging conditions. The disc blades throw soil outward on a 10-degree angle and are limited by the disc gang shields behind the blades. The chopper reel assemblies behind the shanks are set at the opposite angle as the gangs and will return the soil inward, keeping everything level. . . REAR LEVELING Redesigned 5-blade choppers with heavy-duty trunnion bearings break clods, slice, and mix residue while directing soil inward towards the center the machine. Chopper reels are 16″ in diameter, mounted on a 10 degree angle, opposite the direction from the front disc gangs to complete the level finish. C-cushion bearing standards and trunnion bearings ensure maximum up-time and longevity in season. A 3-row spike tooth leveler follows the chopper reels. Each bar utilizes 3/4″ x 11″ square spike teeth on 2 1/2″ centers. Aggressive spring-loaded arms firm the soil and break clods, leaving a smooth finish for the planter. |
