| The XCS-R80 is the newest roll bed to join the Legend family. Manufactured in Germany and backed by a full warranty for both free stalls and tie stalls, this premium bed is the most durable and reliable option available on the market. It features a unique system where an 8mm (5/16″) thick virgin rubber top cover works in conjunction with a revolutionary double bubble underpad, creating the perfect balance of comfort and strength. Unlike competitors' products, this robust rubber structure prevents issues such as compaction, leakage, freezing, or decay, as the springy rubber pad is designed to maintain its cushioning over time. Our unique rib system at the front and rear of the stall prevents the rubber from cracking or splitting as seen in traditional systems, all while ensuring a flat and easily scrapable rear edge. Another significant advantage of these front and rear ribs is the ease of installation, eliminating the need for excessive fastening. The XCS-R80 also incorporates a special easy-drying texture formed during production, ensuring your stall remains clean and hygienic. For added comfort, it can be combined with foam under the pad. |
