Growing up in North Carolina, Billy & Pat Garrison graduated from N. C. State University (go Wolfpack!) in 1982, with degrees in civil engineering, construction option, and business management, respectively. After graduation, both worked over 20 years for a local contractor, where they gained invaluable experience of the construction industry to which they bring to New Covenant Equipment Company.
