The last owner installed a new clutch and pressure plate at the same time the cylinder heads went thru a machine shop (approximately 4-5 years ago). It currently has a belt driven governor installed limiting the RPM's. It was dyno tested around 140 PTO HP without the governor. The previous owner also painted the hood and grille.
