Our History

All States Ag Parts, Parts ASAP’s founding business, was started in 1998 by David Dyke and his son’s, John and Paul, and built upon a long family legacy in the ag salvage business. Through steady growth the company expanded to include 9 locations throughout the Midwest, a widely dispersed catalog network, and a comprehensive e-commerce website. Building upon that success and an understanding of the benefits the companies continued growth could offer to its customers, John Dyke, then-President and CEO, entered an agreement with a private equity firm to grow the company even further.

Over the 5 years of growth and development, All States Ag Parts acquired a number of notable companies, including: Arrow Material Handling Attachments, Summit Supply, Trojan Tracks, H&R Construction Equipment Parts, Rubbertrax, Romac Parts, Contrax Equipment, Tractor Joe, Combine World, Fawcett Supply, Hoye Tractor Parts, Dominion Equipment Parts, Steel Tracks, and others.

While some of the acquired companies still retain a semi-autonomous presence with a hyperfocus on their established customer base, today all companies in the Parts ASAP family share connected resources and processes and customers benefit from clear communication channels and cross-distribution networks throughout the entirety of Parts ASAP.

With the launch of the new PartsASAP.com, Parts ASAP offers new, used and rebuilt parts for all types of ag and construction equipment including tractors, combines, skid steers, planters, hay balers, excavators, bulldozers and wheel loaders. In addition to a wide range of parts for these types of equipment, many options for forks and other material handling attachments are available through the Arrow division of Parts ASAP.
