| Available on Auction Time. This is an absolute auction and the item will be sold to the highest bidder. Please note, the item is sold as is, where is, with no warranty given or implied. If the hours of the machine or mileage of the truck is not listed on the advertisement, it is because that information is unknown and/or not verifiable. If we list this information, that is what is showing on the hour meter or odometer, but again, we have no way of verifying the accuracy. You are welcome, and encouraged, to inspect the item on our yard in Cadiz, Ohio or New Philadelphia, Ohio prior to bidding. CALL FOR CORRECT LOCATION BEFORE BIDDING OR COMING FOR INSPECTION! Everything is sold 110% as is no warranty or guarantee of condition you must inspect each and every piece. Everything sold at auction will go to highest bidder, no buy backs or refusal of purchase will be tolerated. Please call our office at ( opt 1 with any questions or to arrange an inspection time. Both yards are open Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm and Saturday 8am to 11:30am. Again please call before coming to inspect machine or pick up your purchase. Payment in full is due within 3 business days following the completion of the auction. The winning bidder must contact us immediately following the auction to notify how payment will be made. If applicable, state of Ohio sales tax will be added to the final sale price. If exempt, please be prepared to show documentation. We will happily assist with the load out here -- we have a loading dock and equipment to help get your item loaded and there is no charge for this service. We ask that winning bidders have shipping arrangements made and the item removed from our yard within 14 days. We will charge storage fees if equipment is left on our yard more than 14 days. Please contact us are able to arrange trucking nationwide, there will be no excuse of why a piece of equipment can not be removed from the yard. There is no buyers premium!
