Description
| The Ai2 36” Pin-on Pallet Forks were designed specifically for the size and capacity of BX Series Kubota tractors. They are a direct pin-on replacement for the 3-Pin factory bucket, or can be used with our Original Ai2 3-Pin Quick Attach. These tractors’ loaders have a lift capacity of 400 to 700 pounds, depending on the model and attachment being used. Because of this limited lift capacity, attention to every design detail was absolutely critical in order to maximize their lift capacity. The Ai2 36” Pin-on Pallet Forks are designed to increase the strength of the carriage while also making it lighter weight. This design is also the most compact in the industry, which helps keep the weight as close to the tractor as possible, further increasing the lift capacity for your loader. The carriage is constructed of 3/16” and 3/8” steel plate and is designed using tab slot configuration, tying every part to the next part. This results in an extremely durable design with less weight than other options on the market. The carriage is painted with a durable powder coat finish in Kubota orange. The forks are 36” long x 3” wide x 1” thick and weigh 42 lbs each. They are painted with a durable powder-coated black finish. The individual forks have a strength rating of 660 pounds each. The carriage is rated for a total weight of 800 pounds maximum (still exceeding the lift capacity of the Kubota BX line of tractors). An actual pallet fork carriage is by far your best option over clip-on bucket forks. The clip-on fork design is inherently poor for several reasons. First, all of the weight will be out beyond the bucket cutting edge, which will reduce the lift capacity significantly. Second, clip-on forks will likely end up damaging the bottom of the bucket shell where all the weight is carried. Third, leaving the bucket on the tractor adds additional weight that will also reduce lift capacity. After a bucket, a set of pallet forks will be your most-used attachment. You will find all kinds of ways to use them, and you |
