J&D Manufacturing's Adjustable Calf Superlock Panels are designed to grow with your calves, offering an effective solution for calf management. These panels feature an adjustable neck opening that provides 1¼ inches of flexibility through a simple two-bolt adjustment. This design allows them to accommodate changing animal sizes without the need for replacement. When used with J&D's square tube mounting brackets and accessories, installation is quick, secure, and customizable. The panels come in lengths of 8, 10, and 12 feet, with a standard height of 32 inches to suit various barn layouts and calf groups. The design includes heavy-duty 2" x 2" square tubing for both the top and bottom rails. It features an adjustable neck opening that measures between 5" and 6¼" wide (it is recommended to have one opening per cow to prevent injury from cows pushing against each other). The panels are hot dip galvanized both inside and out after welding for enhanced durability. The system includes an easy-release safety latch that has no loops or eyeholes, eliminating the risk of catching your finger. You can securely lock in one or more calves while releasing the others. Additionally, a rubber cushion on the swing arm reduces noise during operation, ensuring there is no loud latch movement when the panel is in the open position
