J&D Manufacturing’s Auto Release Adjustable Square Tube Superlock Panel is designed for precision, safety, and adaptability in livestock management. It features three neck adjustment settings and provides an additional 1¼ inches of opening to accommodate animals of varying sizes. Prioritizing user safety, the panel includes an easy-release latch that keeps hands clear during individual animal releases, as well as a hideaway control rod handle for a clean and unobstructed setup. When used with J&D’s comprehensive line of square tube mounting brackets, the panel can be configured for flush mount, face mount, or comfort tilt installation, offering maximum flexibility to fit your facility layout. Standard panels are available in both cow and heifer models. The cow panels feature adjustable neck openings of 7½”, 8-1/8”, and 8¾”, while the heifer panels have adjustable neck openings of 6¼”, 6-7/8”, and 7½”. There is a spacing of 22½” between the openings on cow panels and 19” between openings on heifer panels. Both panel types are constructed with 2” x 2” square tubing on the top and bottom rails and are hot dip galvanized inside and out after welding to ensure superior corrosion resistance. The panels have a wide head entry opening for easy access, and the head opening size adjusts alongside the neck opening. Additionally, there is no noisy latch movement when in the open position. You can operate up to 200 feet of headlocks using a single control rod handle.
