The rail-mount system is compatible with all stall divider styles and can be attached to the facility’s infrastructure. The lower mounting rail, which connects the stall dividers, is fastened to the lower rail of the stall and mounted on supporting posts or columns using mounting brackets. To avoid interfering with the cows' lying or standing behavior, this lower rail should be installed below the animal’s lunge space. Our primary goal with the freestall environment is to create the optimal setting that encourages the herd to lie down as much as possible while also facilitating easy movement within the stalls. The freestall systems are designed to allow cows to efficiently enter and exit the resting areas, providing ample lunge space without obstructions. Our systems offer spacious resting areas, 360° head movement, adjustability, and proper indexing. All steel components are hot-dipped galvanized to ensure durability. We offer both single row and head-to-head (H2H) configurations. Rail mount systems provide flexibility for herd managers to adjust the bed width as needed.
