J&D Manufacturing’s Single Post Relax Fit and Ironside Freestall Systems combine the strength of our heavy-duty loop designs with the flexibility of a weld-free, adjustable clamp system. Available in both single-row and head-to-head configurations, this system allows for precise adjustments in loop height, promoting proper stall alignment and maximizing cow comfort. As herd sizes, breeds, and management practices change, J&D’s adaptable freestall solutions provide the long-term flexibility necessary to ensure animal well-being and optimal facility performance. Invest in a system that grows with your herd without compromising their comfort. The design is weld-free, allowing for greater system flexibility. The clamps are made from ¼” steel and feature ½” carriage bolts, providing labor savings and using nylock nuts for secure fastening. This system can accommodate both single-row installations and head-to-head installations on either wood or steel posts. It includes options for Relax Fit, Ironside, or Dog Bone loop designs and is swaged at the ends for easy assembly. Up-Posts are available in two sizes: 60 inches, which can be bolted on after the concrete is poured, and 72 inches, which can be set in concrete with 12 inches embedded and 60 inches protruding.
