| The OPTIMIZER is the only one-pass tillage system in the world that offers complete conventional tillage. By creating a quality seedbed in just one pass, the OPTIMIZER helps farmers improve their soil, cut costs, and complete their tillage in the optimal time window. One man, one machine, and one pass means less fuel, labor, maintenance, and time required for tillage. The 18-ft-wide OPTIMIZER 4000 covers 8-12 acres per hour, averaging 100 acres per work day. The 12-ft-wide OPTIMIZER 2000 covers 6-9 acres per hour, averaging 75 acres per work day. Fuel and labor are reduced by 50% or more. Timely fall and spring tillage allows more acres to be farmed. Fewer passes leads to less soil compaction, which leads to healthier soil and increased yields. The OPTIMIZER also helps farmers meet more stringent air quality regulations for more sustainable farming. Results of an EPA study show dust and air pollution reductions of 50%. Upgrading to a high-horsepower Tier 4 tractor reduces NOx by up to 99%. Two sizes are available: the 12-ft-wide Model 2000 and the folding 18-ft-wide Model 4000, making the OPTIMIZER a cost-effective purchase for any farmer with 500 to 50,000 acres. A customizable setup makes it effective for a broad range of soil conditions, including rocky soils or those with drip tape. Chisel options include working depths from 8" to 20".
