Evolution Ag LLC organized as an Ohio corporation in 2012 and formally began operations on January 1, 2013. With the formation of Evolution Ag, the Hill Implement Company, J R Equipment Inc. and Agri-Trac Equipment bring over 175 years of combined experience serving Ohio farmers, professional landscapers and homeowners.
Hill Implement Company was a family owned and operated equipment dealership in Circleville, Ohio. Harry Hill opened for business in 1924 and the company is now in its fourth generation. Tom Hill serves as Principal of Evolution Ag’s Circleville location on US RT 23, 1 mile north of Circleville.
J R Equipment Inc. was a full-line Case IH dealership located in Upper Sandusky and was formed by two farmers and two others in 1986. In 2011, the dealership acquired the assets of Buckeye Tractor of Delaware, a Case IH dealership serving central Ohio farmers since 1980. Jim Henkel serves as Principal of the Upper Sandusky operation located at SR 23 and Twp. Hwy 122. Doug Loudenslager serves as Principal in Delaware which is located on SR 37 East of Delaware.
Agri- Trac Equipment was established in 2002 when farmers David and Timothy Shipley purchased B&B Tractor in Utica. B&B Tractor began serving east central Ohio farmers in1990. The Utica operation is located on SR 62 (Johnstown Utica Road) just south of Utica. David Shipley serves as Principal in Utica.
